2-DAY CLASS

For a woman, her hairstyle is very much a part of her overall appearance.  There are many beautiful hairstyles beyond the classic French twist.  Today’s current hairstyles, for weddings and parties, are often taken from celebrities and include soft waves and curls, elegantly straight, and simple braids.  In the 2-day “Hairstyling and UpDo’s: For Brides, Parties, and Special Occasions”, you will learn basic styling to compliment your clients overalls appearance.

OBJECTIVE: 

Provide the understanding and skills necessary to recreate basic bridal and event hairstyles.

TOPICS DISCUSSED: 

  1. Introduction to Bridal & Special Occasion Hairstyling
  2. Introduction to Tools and Techniques.
  3. UpDo’s: French twist, buns, non-traditional
  4. Special Occasion Hairstyling: Soft curls & waves, sleek & straight
  5. Half up hairstyling
  6. Braiding: French braid, adding braids to elegant styles.
  7. Safety and sanitation
